HR & Admin Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll & MPF administration, tax returns and leave administration, retail staff monthly roster approval & staff movement
  2. Maintain and manage employment documents and contract;
  3. Apply and renew all Company insurance and licensee if required
  4. Liaise with landlords on new lease and renewal of lease for all retail stores
  5. Arrange and co-ordinate manpower for all activities and events
  6. Handle any ad hoc assignments as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years or above in retail industry. Solid experience in fashion retail chain store is an advantage
  • Familiar with HK labour ordinance
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-minded, mature and outgoing personality
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

 

Director Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide full spectrum of business administrative and secretarial support to the Director
  2. Assist the Director in all personal matters and business activities
  3. Coordinate events and meetings with internal / external parties and handle follow up works
  4. Handle correspondence and assignments independently
  5. Handle confidential information, maintain filing system and ensure security of records, correspondences and documents
  6. Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with secretarial training
  • Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in serving top management
  • Candidate with experience in Retail HR & Admin field is an advantage
  • Mature, good attitude, presentable and fast learner
  • Independent, efficient, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
