Responsibilities

Responsible full spectrum of HR support, including payroll, MPF and tax return, compensation & benefits, leave and training record but not limited to recruitment, performance management

Maintaining staff record and updating data in HR system

Handling medical and company insurance issues

Taking care of ad hoc projects as required

Handling office administration tasks as required

Requirements

F.5 or above, Diploma in HR Management or related discipline

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in all rounded human resource & administration functions

Strong knowledge of employment regulations and labour laws in Hong Kong

Detail-minded, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)

Immediately available preferred
