Job Description 

  • On/off Boarding: Prepare HR documents, employment contracts, addendum, offer letters, statements, new hire guides etc.
  • Act as Leave Administrator in monitoring the application for all type of absence as a local tracker with excellent knowledge of the company’s/brand’s policies and relevant legislation
  • Maintain employees’ personal file, contract templates and document up to date brands policies
  • Update the HR Knowledge Hub in country with all appropriate policies and document. Publish new articles to develop the Employee Self Service functionalities
  • Support any internal or external audit

 

Requirements

  • 1 year relevant experience in HR field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Well-versed in labor & social laws and other HR related legislations, especially Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • High customer orientation and strong willingness to ensure employee satisfaction
