  • Handle basic personnel work, such as MPF account application recruitment and purchase etc
  • Provide full spectrum of daily office administrative works, e.g. documentation tasks, office supplies ordering and office maintenance etc
  • Assist in formulating and implementing administrative policies and procedures;
  • Check the billings and prepare expenses reports for management’s approval;
  • Work closely with all departments on administrative related issues
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors;


  • F.5 or above candidates with 1 year related working experience are also considered;
  • 2 years experience in office administration at least
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Fair in English
