We are looking for high caliber to fill the following position in line with our aggressive business.


To provide general office administrative supports,
including but not limited manage office supplies & procurement, arrange facility and equipment maintenance, insurance etc;
To coordinate, sourcing and negotiating with supplier / contractors on office supplies, facilities and equipment maintenance;

Assist in day-to-day human resources operations including but not limited to recruitment, C&B administration and training;
To arrange and handle all local express;
Assist in organizing company activities;
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.


Graduate / diploma with 1-3years administrative experience in sizeable company;
Strong interpersonal skills with good telephone manner;
Pleasant personality, detail minded, organized, responsible and effective
problem solving and decision making; Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing)
Willing to learn and take up challenges;
