Description

  • Provide full spectrum of HR support focusing on Compensation & Benefits
  • Conduct HR regional reporting
  • Assist in different regional Projects
  • Coordinate with the review of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate meetings arrangement between HR and other business units

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years experience in human resources administration, preferably in Compensation & Benefits and HR projects
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Detail-minded and strong organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise, multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Immediately available is highly preferred!
