Our client has 200 years of excellent tracking record of professional services across Asia, Europe and Latin America. They have gained great reputation by providing excellent services to their clients globally. Currently they are looking for a HR Analyst to join their HRIS team.

Description

  • Responsible for the data consolidation and analysis, and compile HR analytic reports for management review

  • Consolidate people and remuneration data from different countries/regions on regular basis

  • Assist in group-wide annual salary review and analysis

  • Coordinate with HR regional teams to ensure timely completion of projects or reports
  • Participate in development and enhancement of HRIS, running UAT testing and system enhancement projects

  • Participate in other group-wide HR projects as assigned

Profile

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management/Data Management or related discipline with at least 4 years' working experience

  • Exposure in using Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft and any other HRIS system would be preferred

  • Good knowledge in Ms Word, Excel (V-look up, Pivot table), PowerPoint, Power BI

  • Detail-minded and well organized

  • Work accurately and timely

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Immediate available a plus
