Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing all round human resources and administration functions
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support in human resources management, including but not limited to staffing and recruitment, benefits, leave and attendance administration and employee relations
  • To assist all administrative duties in renovation, maintenance and logistics supply, i.e.: office equipment, stationery and accessories
  • Maintain personnel databases and filing records
  • Support ad hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Form 5, Diploma holder or above in HRM, Business Management or related discipline preferred;
  • 1-2 years all rounded HR and administration experience preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel& Chinese Word Processing;
