1. Assist in all aspects of Administration and Human Resources project follow up and coordination

2. To support the recruitment processes through sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, hiring and retention

3. To assist office administrative duties in renovation, maintenance, health safety and environment, insurance issue, logistics supply and etc.

4. Compile, co-ordinate and update various general administrative/ personnel/ retail operations matter

5. Maintain library system including book classification, encoding, data entry and inventory management

6. Handle reception duties and outdoor work

7. Other jobs as instructed by superiors


1. Higher diploma or degree holder in business related discipline

2. Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in HR and Administration field

3. Good communication and organization skills

4. Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility

5. Detailed-minded, motivated and willing to learn

6. Good spoken / written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus

7. Proficiency in PC operations, including Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, MS Excel
