Position: HR and Administration Officer - APAC

Location: Hong Kong

 

MISSIONS:

Directly reporting to Human Resources Manager APAC, you will be assisting in various HR & administration activities for the APAC region:

Human Resources (50%)

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management and employee relations
  • Follow through the recruitment matters from job posting to on-boarding for retail and junior office positions
  • Handle payroll calculation, MPF & benefit administration and reports
  • Maintain up-to-date employee information on database with accuracy
  • Manage and maintain good filing of employment contracts and staff files
  • Assist in drafting, formulating and implementing on HR policies and procedures
  • Take an active role in organizing company activities and employee relations events
  • Accomplish company mission by completing related results as needed

Office Administration (50%)

  • Maintain good corporate image by performing reception duties in a professional manner
  • Responsible for general office administration, including but not limited to maintenance of office equipment, replenishment of supplies, office renovation, filing of company document etc.
  • Provide clerical support including travel arrangement, venue booking, expense claims, ensuring timely payment of invoices, filing of documentation etc.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for quotation, price negotiation, renewal and service provisions
  • Maintain an up-to-date vendor list, filing of document and contracts
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as HR generalist preferably from retail industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Well versed in Employment related ordinances and statutory regulations
  • A good team player with a “can-do” attitude and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, formula setting etc.)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Administration Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
