Our Client, a HK based trading & distributor, is now looking for a high calibre for the following position

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, training and development and staff relations, etc. for Hong Kong and Asean countries.
  • Work closely with all business units to provide HR support and advices.
  • Participate in HR projects including but not limited to salary and benefit surveys, salary benchmarking, salary review and other HR initiatives.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in multi-national company. Fresh graduate also are welcome.
  • Analytical, attention to details, well-organized with good time management skill and multitasking.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and be a good implementer.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR legislations in HK.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and HRMS).
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
