HR Assistant


  • Provide department clerical support including filing, data entry, daily couriers, handle incoming call enquiries;
  • Responsible for HR duties such as attendance record & leave record;
  • Maintain staff record and HR system including support payroll preparation;
  • Perform ad hoc duties.


  • Form five or above, or related disciplines;
  • At least 1 year experience, preferably in F&B industry;
  • A team player, pleasant, detail-minded, well-organized and positive working attitude;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS office applications, HRIS and Chinese word processing;
  • Immediately available would be an advantage;
  • Working location: Aberdeen.
