Our client is a luxury retail brand. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.

 

We are now seeking for an HR ASSISTANT (6 MONTHS CONTRACT).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle full spectrum of all round HR functions including recruitment and selection process, benefit administration, employee relations etc.
  • Update and maintain employee database records in HR systems
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and related HR documents
  • Assist and organize staff engagement activities, e.g. company events etc.
  • Support any other ad-hoc duties as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
  • Flexible, proactive and willing to learn attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HR systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
