HR Assistant/ Associate - Finance services (Fresh Grad WELCOME)

Responsiblility:

  • Handle full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to screening, interview and offer management
  • Responsible for on-boarding & separation arrangement and procedures
  • Support C&B duties including payroll, MPF administration etc.
  • Prepare HR reports for headcount and budget planning
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement:

  • Associate Degree or above
  • independent, quicking thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, positive, cheerful, organized, mature, with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English;
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Fresh graduates with outstanding customer services skills may also be considered;
