Our client is looking for a sharp and diligent HR assistant to provide all-rounded HR support for its legal business. You will be hands on with different HR functions, including personnel administration, recruiting, compensation and performance management.

 

Client Details

Our client is one of the world's largest law firms with 40+ offices globally. They are looking for a candidate who has excellent work ethic and communication skill set to join their company as a HR Assistant.

 

Description

  • Assist with compensation and performance management, such as annual review and benefits

  • Coordinate job interviews and performance review meetings

  • Handle matters related to Hong Kong Law Society matters

  • Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS), including staff salary and data consolidation

  • Handle any Ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Profile

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in the legal or professional services sector

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese

  • Values and maintains excellent confidentiality

  • Able to work independently and as a team

  • High proficiency in MS skills

  • Knowledge of HRIS would be a plus
