Job Description

  • Assist HR Team to perform day to day HR administration and coordination.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for general positions, for example job posting, phone interview, and attend job fairs.
  • Ensure all recruitment and on-boarding documents are well managed.
  • Update HR system and reports such as compensation, benefits survey and benchmarking.
  • Prepare HR presentations materials and newsletter.
  • Handle the assigned ad hoc projects or tasks

Skills & Requirements

  • Students who have studied in Business Management, Human Resources or related is preferred.
  • Well-organized, independent, self-motivated and fast learner.
  • Excellent in spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Able to work at least 2 days per week and immediate available is highly preferred.
