Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and providing full range of HR services to designated business units
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives on people management, manpower planning, talent development, etc. to cope with the rapid growth of business
  • Partner with talent acquisition team and hiring managers on recruitment and selection activities
  • Assist in development and execution of various HR projects aligning with the business strategies
  • Review and develop the HR policy and procedures
  • Conduct HR data analysis and prepare HR reports on regular basis
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required



Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 8-12 years of solid HR experience as a HR business partner or account servicing role
  • Experience gained from sizable corporations is preferable
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
