Job Responsibilities

  • To provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to HR Team to ensure smooth operation
  • Assist in handling recruitment and selection functions such as job advertisement posting,
  • CV screening, arrangement of interview and preparing on board documents;
  • Handle phone calls and general enquires;
  • Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records and filing systems;
  • Prepare attendance and leave records for payroll arrangement;
  • Assist in preparing various monthly HR reports in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 1 year working experience in handling HR administrative work; Fresh graduated will also be considered;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
