Responsibilities: 

  • Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, pay and benefits, performance management etc
  • Handle recruitment issue including implement procedures via in-house recruitment portal
  • Monitor and report on headcount and recruitment costs
  • Manage employee’s on-boarding/ exiting processes
  • Handle payroll, MPF admin and employer tax return filing
  • Prepare employment contracts and relevant HR paperworks
  • Process work permit & residence permits’ applications and renewal
  • Maintain staff leave systems and records
  • Monitor and follow up employee performance management process.  Collating information across departments.
  • Handle day to day pay and benefit queries from employees
  • Carry out annual benefit reviews and renewal processes as appropriate.
  • Keep abreast of salient employment legislation. Advising Management on key issues as appropriate.
  • Advise managers on dealing with grievance, discipline and performance management matters (active involvement where appropriate.) 
  • Coordinate Company activities
  • Oversee office admin process and daily operation
  • Supervise admin assistant and messenger

Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

  • Proven work experience of HR and Admin function with 2 years in managerial position
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of HK Employment and MPF Ordinance
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Proficient in both written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferable
