We are a local HR Consultancy Services Company, specializing in recruitment, HR consultancy as well as training & development and outsourcing HR & Administration services. We are looking for a caliber who has passionate about HR field and great interest in meeting different clients from different industries.

 
 
Job Description

Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements as well as conducting talent searching in various platforms

Prepare CVs and maintain candidates’ data

Handle payroll & MPF process as well as tax filling

Provide the secretarial & administrative duties for clients

Perform training and seminar coordination and its administrative duties

Handle employment visa applications process and necessary follow up

Assist in preparation of various HR consultancy reports and analysis

Prepare various HR documents for clients

Gather information on legislations changes in relevant jurisdictions which are related to HR

Prepare payment requisitions for settlement of invoices and claims

File and maintain the employee’s documents

Work on ad hoc tasks as assigned

 
Requirement

Bachelor degree holder

2 years relevant working experience

Good command in English and Mandarin.

Hands-on skills in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photo Shop and Adobe are highly recommended

A responsible, proactive person with good attitude

Self-motivated, organized and great attention to details

Great communication skills with an ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Fresh graduate will also consider (as long as has a strong interest working in HR field and willing to learn)
