Responsibilities:

  • Assist to manage daily operation of various HR functions including C & B, employee relations, performance management & appraisal.
  • Manage the Human Resource system; maintain accurate personnel records in relation to employee’s appointment, promotion, transfer, training, termination etc.
  • Monitor and research information from various sources, gather data, perform analyses and prepare various reports.
  • Formulate and review the policies/procedures/workflow to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.
  • Candidate with more experiences can be considered as HR Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry / sizeable companies. Fresh also Welcomed.
  • Familiar with HK Labor Ordinance and other regulatory requirements. Good knowledge in MPF and sensitive to figures would be a definite advantage.
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred.
  • Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
