Description

  • Handle end to end recruitment activities, including screening applications, conducting interviews, on boarding arrangement etc.

  • Provide HR Services and advices on staff performance management, people development, succession planning and employee relations

  • Act as the point of contact to liaise with China office and internal stakeholders

  • Handle staff data consolidation and prepare a wide range of HR report for management review

  • Cooperate with different HR teams to work on develop new initiatives and projects

  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines

  • Excellent language skill in both English, Mandarin

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Well verse with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance

  • Proactive, smart, hardworking, able to work under fast pace and pressure
