Responsibilities:

  • Report to HR Director.
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions of APAC Countries.
  • Formulate strategies with HR functions on recruit, develop and retain talents and also flexible enough to cope with changes.
  • Drive the performance appraisal system and process to support talent management concept.
  • Execute day-to-day C&B activities including but not limited to payroll calculation, leaves record maintenance, pension contribution, medical insurance, taxation and staff benefits administration.
  • Ensure employee data integrity, create and maintain up-to-date staff record in HRIS as well as the filing system.
  • Update and implement of HR policies, procedures and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulations
  • Compile all data needed for the monthly HR reports, annual salary review, annual performance appraisal analysis and annual group insurance policy renewal.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of all rounded HR experiences with sizeable multi-national companies.
  • Hands on, well organized and able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience in compensation & benefits area and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changes and able to work with people at all levels with different cultures.
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, detail-minded and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese as well as Mandarin.
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager.
