OEM/ODM/OBM electronic manufacturer of consumer products  -  main items are home security, IP camera, PCB assemblies, electric fence, educational toys, backyard control and home appliance control etc - factory in Dongguan 600-800 workers - main markets are USA, Europe and North America  - is looking for a  HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER  - with details as follows :  
  • Tertiary education
  • Studies in Human Resources Management, Business or other related Disciplines will be an advantage
  • 5-8 years of human resources working experience focus in the manufacturing sector with factories in China
  • Familiar with both Hong Kong and China Labour Ordinance / practice
  • Solid and extensive expereince in an HR generalist role 
  • Good knowledge, skills and understanding of the Human Resources functions including Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment and Staff Relations etc
  • Competent in providing all-round Human Resources functions 
  • Possess hand on experience in tackling problems in relation to Payroll, Recruitment, Staff Issues and Human Resources Policy
  • Good understanding of the business practice and culture in China
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Experience in electronic manufacturers an advantage
  • Mature, presentable, reliable, professional and sociable with good management, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Have strong determination and persistence to achieve the business objectives of the company
  • Stable working history a plus
  • Reporting to the Director
  • Responsible for setting up and managing the HR Department in Dongguan factory
  • Fully in charge of and work independently for all human resources duties of the China factory (600-800 workers) and HK office (20 staff); with focus in China factory
  • Setting up HR policies and procedures as well as daily HR operations workflow
  • Recruiting, leading and coaching HR team members in China factory
  • Station Dongguan factory or frequent trip
  • Candidates with less managerial level will be considered for the post of ASST HR MANAGER
