Job Duties:

  • Reporting to the Head of HR and working in a small team, you will serve as a strategic business partner and work with business leaders to shape the people strategy and manage end to end HR solutions to client organization
  • You will be responsible to build recruitment infrastructure and strategy to recruit high quality candidates in all areas
  • Partnering with hiring manages regularly to maximise and improve recruitment strategies and processes
  • Drive talent strategy connected to the business strategy and growth
  • Provide advisory, coaching and execution support for business change

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and business partnering role, particularly proven experience working and influencing business stakeholders/ senior management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill with full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Able to manage change and ability to multi-task
  • Familiar with all sorts of recruitment tools and social media
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be articulate and persuasive communicator including excellent presentation skills,
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English is a must
