Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, learning & development, performance reviewing, compensation & benefit, employee announcements,liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters, business development, app monitoring etc;

2. Formulate HR regulations and policies and implement best practices;

3. Design training plans and performance reviewing system to achieve efficient HR management and sustainable development;

4. Build and promote organizational culture, create a passionate workplace, and strengthen the enterprise cohesiveness and creativity;

崗位職責:

  1.  負責管理並執行各項人力資源工作,包括人事管理、績效管理、薪資管理、人事招聘、活動落實、人事培訓、工作跟進、報表核對、平台監測、業務推廣等;
  2.  負責制定和完善各項人力資源管理制度和流程,並負責推動落實;
  3.  負責制定公司各部門有效的培訓與績效考核體系,促進人力資源高效、可持續發展;
  4.  負責公司企業文化建設與推廣,塑造具有激情的公司文化,增強員工的凝聚力與創造力;

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Human Resources or other related disciplines; and relevant work experience of 3 years or above;

2. Solid knowledge in Hong Kong employment ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment, regulations and policies of salary systems, stuffing policy, insurance and benefits, training, etc.

3. Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and analytical skills

4. Excellent project management and writing skills, and has relevant project experience in building organizational culture, formatting training & development policy

任職要求:

  1.  人力資源管理或相關專業,本科以上學歷以及3年或以上相關工作經驗;
  2.  熟悉中港兩地關於勞工合同、薪金制度、用人機制、保險福利待遇、培訓等方面的法律法規及政策;
  3.  具有出色的激勵、溝通、協調、團隊領導能力,組織能力及分析判斷能力;
  4.  具有良好的文案策劃及寫作能力,具有公司文化建設、培訓體系建設等相關文案設計經驗;
