Responsibilities

  • Play a proactive role in the formulation, implementation and review of HR strategies and policies in support of the development of the Company
  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, taxation, MPF, benefits administration, and leave management for Hong Kong Market
  • Handle annual C&B exercises, such as annual salary review, discretionary bonus, performance management; medical plan and insurance renewals
  • Keep abreast of market development on C&B aspects to compile studies, benchmark, survey and analysis to ensure current C&B programs and policies are competitive and equitable
  • Maintain & review an up-to-date HR record and HR policies
  • Prepare budget planning, allocate resources and conduct data analysis
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • 8 – 10 years’ solid compensation and benefits functions with 3 years in managerial level, preferably from sizable company in catering / F&B industry / retail industry
  • Excellent leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong, Macau and China
  • Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is preferable
  • Salary: 40-45K
