They are currently looking to recruit, and experienced Hong Kong based HR professional of the highest calibre to join their managerial team.

Description

  • Oversee and be responsible for full range of HR functions
  • Act as a true business partner to senior management and provide consultancy advice in addition to practical support on HR related matters including recruitment, on-boarding & off-boarding, orientation, employee engagement, performance management, talent review and other HR initiatives as required by the business
  • Review and develop HR systems, processes, and practices for operational efficiency
  • Develop strategies on talent attraction and generation to achieve organisational and business goals
  • Provide HR advice to business on staff engagement, job grading evaluation, performance management

Profile

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Around 8 years of HR managerial experience preferably with prior experience in the production, assembly, or trading industry
  • Strategic mindset with a hand-on approach
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese a must
  • Flexible, good prioritisation and communication skills, independent and detail oriented
