Job Duties:

  • Act as an internal HR consultant and effectively partner with business to identify, design and implement HR solutions
  • Act as a change agent in driving change and partner with the business on key people change activities and transformation programs
  • Develop and conduct analysis and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective C&B programs aligned with the organization's reward strategy
  • Analyse C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices and fine-tune existing HR related systems and propose new initiatives to strength company's market position in attracting and retaining talents
  • Review and implement HR guidelines across the region and handles job levelling across organisation and work closely with local HR team

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of C&B experience with a good track record in developing and implementing C&B strategies/ programs
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to develop effective relationship with both internal customer and external vendors
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is a MUST
