RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the entire process of recruitment and selection for all staff
  • Work as a business partner with different department to have better understanding on their recruitment needs
  • Review, design and develop recruitment strategies and evaulate the effectiveness regularly
  • Develop new recruitment channels to attract more applicants to join
  • Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years solid experience in recruitment and selection with 5 years in supervisory level and mass recruitment or labor intensive industry
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances
  • Good comment of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PPT) and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
  • Immediately available is an advantage
