Requirements:

Diploma or University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

3 years or above relevant experience

Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance MPF & other related legislations

Good communication, self-motivated, positive, well-organized, independent and demonstrate as a good team player

Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Immediately available is highly preferred

Knowledge in V-look up, pivot table will be as advantage

Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of HR support to retail shops/ international company, including ecruitment, payroll, medical, MPF, leave management & benefits administration, and taxation documents

Assist in Recruitment Project and new hire onboarding process

Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review

Handling medical enrollment, claims and termination

Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration.

Handle ad hoc projects and company events as assigned.
