  • Diploma or University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above relevant experience
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance MPF & other related legislations
  • Good communication, self-motivated, positive, well-organized, independent and demonstrate as a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in V-look up, pivot table will be as advantage

  • Provide full spectrum of HR support to retail shops/ international company, including ecruitment, payroll, medical, MPF, leave management & benefits administration, and taxation documents
  • Assist in Recruitment Project and new hire onboarding process
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Handling medical enrollment, claims and termination
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and company events as assigned.
