Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct en d to end staff acquisition, placement and deployment
  • Source and place the right person at the right job to address operational needs to attain target business performance and growth. Adopt professional interview, offer and onboarding processes and practices
  • Manage manpower supplier’s performance to ensure value for money services with the setup of KPIs
  • Work with Functional Heads/ managers of assigned operations on organizational capability and translate business plans into strategic HR plans and determine resource process
  • Act as HR advisor to Functional Head/ Site Managers to drive employee engagement and lead the development of action plans to address issues
  • Drive and increase performance level, implement and facilitate performance reviews
  • Implement rewards programs to attract, motivate and develop employees
  • Other ad hoc project when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 10 years HR related experience of which 5 years at Managerial level preferably from sizable organizations or MNC
  • Experiences in handling bulk recruitment and performing HRBP role
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and common HR practices
  • Responsible, proactive, multi-tasking and a good team player
  • Regional exposure, team player with track record on working with multi-cultural teams
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS system
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
