Core Responsibility:
  • Handle daily office administration and HR matters
  • Expenses control and budget planning
  • Assist in recruitment, payroll, retention, resignation & other HR operation
  • Follow up office renovation and equipment maintenance
  • Support General Manager for daily operation
  • Other ad hoc task assigned by management


  • Diploma or above in business studies or human resources
  • 2 years above Human Resources and Administrative working experiences
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
