Client Details

Our client is a well-established professional service provider with a strong foundation in Hong Kong. They have gained great reputation by providing excellent services to the HK public and overseas clients. Currently they are looking for a HR Officer to join their Learning and Development Team for their Hong Kong office.

Description

The HR Officer will have the following duties

  • Coordinate and organise training events with external & internal partners, from junior to managerial levels
  • Provide training administrative support to L&D including general administration (classroom booking, setup, logistics arrangement etc.) and clerical support

  • Prepare attendance report, course evaluation analysis and summary for training analysis

  • Data and compliance checking
  • Provide support to ad hoc projects of the team

Profile

The HR officer will have the following requirements

  • High diploma with minimum 2 years of experience or Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • Good knowledge in Ms Word, Excel (V-look up, Pivot table), PowerPoint

  • Detail-minded and well organised

  • Work accurately and timely

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Immediate available a plus
