HR Officer – Talent Acquisition (Hong Kong) 

Our client, a prestigious finance company in Hong Kong, is looking to hire a Human Resources Officer that will work on a variety of HR duties, primarily recruitment and also Training and Development.  

Our client is well-known in the financial services sector in Asia and has been established for over 40 years in the consumer financing industry.

There are 49 branches spread out across Hong Kong and the company is now extending into mainland China.

Role Purpose
The HR Officer will provide various HR assistance within the company across Recruitment and Selection, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.

Role Profile
Role Title: HR Officer
Reporting To: Chief People Officer
Location: Hong Kong

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to liaising with line managers for hiring needs, sourcing effective channels, advertisement posting, screening, interview, offer handling
  • Play key role in new employee onboarding process included new employee orientation program and perform exit interviews
  • Take part in staff relations functions, e.g. staff recreation programs
  • Provide support to training functions and preparation including course enrolment, training materials, attendance and evaluation
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Chief People Officer

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in all rounded HR Officer role, preferably experience gained in financial services and sizable company
  • Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking ability, well-organized and flexible to work in fast paced environments
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese
