Our client is one of the Leading Securities Firms in Hong Kong. They are looking for a HR Officer in their HR team focusing 40% on recruitment, 60% on C&B, looking after both HK & PRC markets. This is a great opportunity to be involved in more strategic projects with the company embarking on strengthening their presence across Asia

Description

  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide HR Advisory Function to business leader and Operation Managers including but not limited to Recruitment, Reward, Performance Management and Succession Planning
  • Involve in the hiring process to select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs
  • Participate in Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking Exercises, Performance Management, Short-Term Incentives, Job
  • Grading to Benefits Review for the Greater China Region
  • Prepare for the budgeting reports & salary proposal
  • Compile management reports and statistical analysis
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives

Profile

  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR Management within a sizeable organisation
  • Candidate with PRC HR experience has a relative advantage
  • Personality wise, must be proactive, have the ability to multi-task and to hit tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese and fluent in Mandarin.
  • Open to IANG candidates for this position
