Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of recruitment function
  • Explore and develop various effective recruitment channels to cope with business need and development
  • Liaise with line manager and manage external recruitment vendors
  • Support recruitment-related ad hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology
  • 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in sizable companies
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance of HKSAR
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Energetic, pleasant, detail-minded with tactful negotiation skill
  • Able to work independently with strong team work spirit
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
