Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for STORE recruitment and full employment cycle, including job advertisement posting, interview conducting, offer making and contract preparation, salary recommendation and on boarding and induction process for new hires;
  2. Communicate with Operations Department to review the job specifications, headcounts and vacancies to support the frontline operations;
  3. Engage in the development of recruitment strategies and explore new recruitment channels to achieve recruitment targets;
  4. Plan and execute recruitment projects such as job fairs and recruitment days (prefer having experience in handling high volume of frontline recruitment);
  5. Maintain and update the database in HRIS;
  6. Compile recruitment reports and headcount analysis; &
  7. Support ad hoc duties as and when required.

 

Requirement:

  1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management is a must;
  2. At least 3 years’ relevant experience in F&B./ Retail industry; Possess solid experience in mass recruitment is preferred;
  3. Willing to accept new challenges, result-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks independently;
  4. Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team player;
  6. Immediate availability is highly preferred; &
  7. Working location: Tai Po (shuttle bus service is provided);
