You will be supporting the HR Team as a generalist. You will be focusing on full set of Recruitment, Training and provide support on C&B functions.

My client is a Chinese based listed company, with offices around the world and more than 2,000 staff globally with sustainable growth; To support their business growth in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a young & energetic candidate from a sizeable organisation, plus a positive learning attitude to join their HR team as their HR Assistant / Officer.

Description

  • Assist in full employment life cycle (full HR operation), including recruitment coordination, on/off-boarding, new hire & leaver administration and documentation;
  • Handle Training and Development program arrangement, assist to prepare relevant training materials
  • Develop Training Plan and Schedule for the business
  • Maintain staff information and records, support document uploads and database management
  • Provide advice and solution to the business from HR perspective

Profile

  • Full Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management is a must
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in HR
  • Good communication in both English and Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible, driven, outgoing
  • Familiar with different computer functions such as MS Excel and Word
  • Immediately available would be an advantage
