  • Responsible for providing full spectrum of HR services to clients, including recruitment, payroll calculation, handling visa applications, tax reporting and other HR and payroll related services
  • Ensure the payroll process is accurate and on timely matter;
  • Maintaining staff record and data using HR system
  • Liaise with Clients including clerical support such as quotation & billing
  • Establish and maintain a good level of relationship with our clients
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor;


  • Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3 years relevant experience in HR and payroll processing is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and labour laws in Hong Kong
  • Customer oriented mindset and strong communication skill
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediately available is definitely an advantage
