Our client is a well known Hong Kong listed company. Owing to business expansion, they are looking for candidate to join them as HR, Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Report to Senior Management of the group (Board of director)
  • Providing support and guidance to Business leaders in delivery of the people strategy, ensuring alignment to business strategy and priorities 
  • Manage a professional team and provide full spectrum of HR services
  • Provide proactive consultancy support and strategic input to Senior Management in regards to organisational design, capability development, talent management, performance management, resourcing, reward and change management 
  • Drive the implementation of HR policies through the business, offering guidance on policy where required 
  • Management of employee relations matters such as grievances and disputes 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with Min 8 years of HR working experience 
  • Experience in team management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & cantonese
