This is a great opportunity of a native Mandarin speaker candidate who has prior HR ops experience to build their career in HRSS field in an international company in Hong Kong.

Client Details

Our client is an American pharmaceutical company with more than 10,000 employees worldwide. They are currently looking for a Chinese candidate to join their Regional office in Hong Kong for HR Shared Services team and will be responsible to liaise with China offices, Taiwan office and Hong Kong office and the Headquarter in the US.

Description

  • Provide support to employees and managers with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service through calls and emails
  • Primary point of contact on processes throughout employee lifecycle and owns full country support which include:

- Benefit administration
- Provide payroll input
- Time and Absence Management
- Employee Onboarding
- Tuition Reimbursement
- Performance Management
- Terminations

  • Provide routine information to internal clients on HR processes and policies
  • Contribute to the on-going development of the HR Answer FAQ library and SOPs maintenance
  • Perform transaction in Workday and run various reports
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing the offer document, background screening, new hire orientation

Profile

  • Native Mandarin speaker
  • 3-5 years of HR operations experience
  • Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required
  • Possess a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction
  • Ability to prioritize workload to complete assigned deliverables within the allocated timeline
  • Possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Experience with Workday and any time & attendance system is a plus
  • Work experience in China is a plus
  • Immediate availability is preferred
