As a HR & Training Supervisor, your main job responsibilities will be:

  • Managing day-to-day HR & Training functions in cooperation with HR specialist and Training Specialist
  • Providing HR solutions and suggestions to support business growth and development
  • Coordinating with different internal departments to maintain the communication and cooperation in the team
  • Managing and overseeing the recruitment process for HQ, sales force and store employees (defining job profiles and description, choosing the most appropriate recruiting channels and external partners, etc.) in line with the branding activities and image of the Company
  • Designing and participating in induction programs for new employees of the Company
  • Organizing and managing training programs in particular for the store staff and sales force
  • Managing and overseeing the annual evaluation process of employees and assisting the management of the Company in all career development activities for its employees
  • Implementing and localizing best practices according to the guidelines from Italian headquarter
  • Any other duties in relation to the human resources of the Company that may be required from time to time

Ideal candidate should have:

  • Immediate availability strongly preferred
  • Retail background is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of full-set HR experience in which 1-2 years in supervisory level
  • Passionate and positive, love to work with people
  • Excellent communication, counselling and coaching skills
  • Proactive, hard-working, willing to learn and contribute for the Company
  • Flexible with a dynamic approach according to different situations
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
