Our client is an vibrant Fintech start-up in Hong Kong with strong partnership with well established corporations in banking, investment management, corporate financial advisory services, etc.

 

Currently it is seeking for a versatile professional to become their HRBP to review and develop HR policies and new strategies to effectively realize business decisions. Duties cover formulation of staffing plans, design talent & performance management programmes, internal system implementation and ad-hoc projects support. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in strategic planning or business partner role, in-house experience in banking industry is preferred
  • Solid hands-on experience in recruitment, performance evaluation, training and payroll
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and HR Practices
  • Strategic thinking, independent, responsive and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and verbal)
