Our client is a leading distributor in Hong Kong with a great presence in Greater China.  This Hong Kong-based position will be the subject matter expert of the company's human resources information system. He/she will take on a leading role in the HRIS team to implement and maintain the company's new human resources information system.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Accountable for the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s HRIS
  • Ensure the overall system integrity after the new implementation
  • Responsible for the development of user training resources and guidelines
  • Provide professional advice and support to end-users and internal stakeholders

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder in IT, HR Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR/IT industry, preferably in HRIS implementation
  • Experienced with people management would be a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in written & spoken Mandarin and English
