Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for supporting the HR Operations by developing applications using VBA for Excel, Word
  • Transfer the knowledge of maintaining such application to non-IT background colleagues
  • Perform first level trouble shooting and support to users, and follow up with IT/vendor where required
  • Support and participate in projects and ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in using MS Excel and knowledge in programming skills, e.g., VBA, SQL
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR system/SaaS would be an advantage
