Roles:

  • To assist Human Capital Department to lead and manage a team for providing end-to-end recruitment and staff retention planning

 

Accountabilities:

  • To responsible for talent management and succession planning
  • To design and coordinate various Trainee Programs (include operational and management levels) and local/overseas job experience sharing opportunities
  • To liaise with department heads for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, etc.
  • To design innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of candidates
  • To develop and review recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and HR effectiveness in line with corporate objective and goals
  • Work with HC/Recruitment team to deliver corporate targets and goals
  • Enlarge the pool of networking by identify various sourcing channels
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned

 

Capabilities and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Experienced - minimum 3 years of job-related experience required
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation;
  • Responsive and proactive in handling HR issues,
  • Keen analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Effective communications skills
  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), and IT skills
  • Good understanding of key stakeholder functions including safety, security, flight operations and finance
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
