CACEIS Hong Kong is offering various operation specialists position in the upcoming internship programme 2019-2020. Led by experienced senior management, our permanent workforce is energetic, dedicated and professional. Equipped with a wealth of industry experience, they are ready and experienced in working with ambitious interns. Comprehensive training will be provided. Interns are expected to enjoy challenges, to contribute proactively and act professionally, thereby gaining valuable industry knowledge, and growing their professional and personal soft skills. Human Resources and Administration - Intern

Job responsibilities:

  • Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties;
  • Update HR internal communication and participate in HR projects;
  • Execute strategies initiatives, compile reporting and analysis, handle related correspondence;
  • Provide professional administrative support on office administration duties including office procurement and maintenance of office equipment and facilities;
  • Support staffing duties including on board and exit procedures and maintain good records, benefits administration;
  • Assist with the coordination of function, interviews and events organization;
  • Manage in full spectrum for handling and monitoring of the company documentation;

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Completed 2nd or 3rd year of studies; students of all disciplines are welcome
  • PC literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Fluency in French, Japanese, Korean and/or other Asian/European languages would be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized, self motivated, willing to learn and able to work in multicultural working environment;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently and professionally with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Team spirit combined with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively.

Monthly allowance : HKD12,000-

Duration of programme : 12 months (from Aug/ Sep 2019)
