Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment, training, C&B, performance management, employee relations and office administration;
  • Take care of on-boarding arrangement for new joiners and orientation;
  • Maintain employee record in HR Database and prepare HR reports and presentation for monthly management meeting;
  • Administer monthly payroll and general insurance (medical, dental, travel, life and employee compensation) and conduct yearly bench-marking and analysis;
  • Manage leave administration and attendance record and reporting;
  • Handle visa application for expatriate employees and assist in travel arrangement for directors;
  • Support the roll-outs of global HR initiatives and projects;
  • Organize staff activities such as parties and special events;
  • Assist in other HR & administrative tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in psychology, English language or business related discipline from prestigious universities;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably gained from a multinational/sizable company;
  • Experience in garment / sourcing industry a plus;
  • Well versed in HK Labor Ordinance, taxation, MPF and related regulations;
  • Customer-oriented & flexible mind-set and proactive work attitude;
  • Excellent communication and organization skills;
  • A good team player but can work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
